Mental health is a broad term that describes a wide range of different issues and problems. There are many causes of mental health issues and many solutions. The truth is that no two people experience mental health issues precisely the same way. Every person has their own set of struggles and challenges. While there are no easy answers to this question, we can still and how to improve it.
